What Do We Do?

SmartHaus provide a design and installation service for any room within the house. This includes kitchen design, kitchen installation, worktops and tiles.

Can I Buy Worktops From You?

At SmartHaus we provide a worktop template and install service. We have partnered up with well known brands to ensure that we are able to provide high quality surfaces to you. Brands include Silestone, Dekton, Caesarstone, Cimstone, Neolith, Quartzforms, Lapitec, Granite and Marble.

Who Connects My Appliances?

We will put the appliances into position and in some cases seal the appliance to the worktop.

Electrical Appliances – we will install the appliances that come with a UK/EU plug. We will not modify current circuits or add new circuits, modify or add new wiring for your appliances and will not be hard wiring the appliance to an existing circuit. A qualified Part P Electrician can do this.

Gas Appliances – we will install the appliance within the unit and worktop but will not connect or touch any gas pipework. A Gas Safe engineer will have to carry this out.

Plumbing – we will fit the sinks into the worktops and seal where needed and connect the waste pipe (that comes with the sink purchase), from the sink to the existing waste pipe within the kitchen. We will not be adding, removing, or modifying any existing pipe work or waste pipes.

What Are Your Delivery Times?

Each unit is manufactured specially for your project. Due to the preparation that goes behind the scene we aim that to deliver your units 6 weeks after ordering confirmation.

What Are Your Payment Terms?

Our payment terms will be on the quotation that you receive from us, stating the payment stages that are required. Payments can be made by phone on 01536 514 800 or by bank transfer using the details on your quotation and invoice
