Use of Our Website
This website is fully copyrighted by SmartHaus Ltd. In no way must you copy any image or text without our permission. We do authorise you to download PDF’s for your personal use, non-commercial use. You agree that you will not do anything to harm the function or content of the site.
SmartHaus Ltd, will not be liable for errors and mistakes on this site and will do our best to resolve any should they occur. We reserve the right to change the site and content and policies at any time without informing you.
Colours will vary from monitor to monitor, monitor resolution to human eyesight, we will try our best to get the description as accurate as possible.
Customers are welcome to visit our showroom or to book an appointment with one of our designers. We can provide a quotation based on a kitchen plan. We can also come to your property to inspect the area and provide you with kitchen options.
During a design consultation we strongly recommend to visit the site to gain an accurate measurements of the room to where the new kitchen will be installed.
Units: We strongly recommend customers visit our showroom and see the door, worktop and unit samples in person. We will not be held liable if customers order without seeing any samples.
Worktops: Before ordering worktops, we encourage you to obtain a free sample from us from our showroom.
Deposit amounts vary between projects, and your project manager will inform you of such costings.
Customers can choose to pay by Debit, Credit Card or Bank Transfer. The bank details will be on the invoice.
If additional area or components are added, or joint positions have changed, then there may be a change in cost.
The price is not final until SmartHaus Ltd have checked sizes, specifications and measurements from the hard template or drawings sent by the customer.
All goods remain the property of SmartHaus Ltd until paid for in full. This estimate will remain valid for 30 days.
Before Templating & Installation
Customers must inform us prior to templating if access to the property is restricted or in an apartment block. We must be able to park our vans outside the property.
All kitchen units are premanufactured to the customers specification and measurements. The interior of all unit carcasses will vary.
Units: Please unsure that your flooring surface is all installed and level before base unit installation. Please ensure that your walls are fully straight. If flooring is not level, or set, along with walls are not straight, then we will not be able to install our units.
Appliances: We do not undertake plumbing or electrical work in relation to fitting the sink, tap, oven or hob. Please ensure that all electrical wires, sockets, water and gas pipes are in the correct position they need to be for the appliance to operate. We will not be able to adjust such elements. Customers will have to arrange a plumber or electrician to connect their appliances.
Worktops: All worktops are templated and installed by approved stone fabricator and installers.
We recommend that our customers and consumers are aware of the properties of natural stone such as veining or markings.
To repair your Quooker tap or tank, we strongly recommend your contact Quooker directly. They will be able to arrange an engineer who will visit, diagnose and repair if required. Depending on warranty status, an engineer visit may be chargeable.
Warranty Registration & Appliance Repairs
Warranty Registration: Appliance warranties must be registered by customers directly as SmartHaus does not offer this service. We will not register your products on behalf of customers.
Warranty Repairs: If you appliance is no longer working, or has a fault then please contact the manufacturer directly. Due to GDPR regulations, we we will not be able to arrange an engineer on behalf of customers.
From time to time we may run offers and promotional for marketing purposes. Any offer, promotion, code, special (“the Offer”) offered by SmartHaus Ltd has the following terms;
- All offers will have an expiration date and will be specified in (6) Offers Terms & Conditions. If no end date is defined on the advertisement, coupon or voucher then the time limit for the offer is a maximum of 30 days after the campaign started.
- The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- We reserve the right to exclude any person from participating in the Offer on reasonable grounds.
- We reserve the right to end the Offer or to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- The Offer is subject to availability.
- Where applicable, the Offer will only continue while stocks last.
- The Offer can only be redeemed once by the same customer/account holder within the period of validity (unless specifically overridden by an additional Term and Condition).
- We reserve the right to change the wording without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to define which offer the wording is referring to.
