About The Project

A development of seven penthouse apartments built following the construction of a two storey lightweight roof -top extension on an existing Victorian warehouse.

Completed in 2013 Neptune Group chose SmartHaus to design, supply and install the stunning, open plan kitchens specifying Häcker High Gloss Grey cabinetry coupled with White Quartz worksurfaces.

SmartHaus also designed, supplied and installed the bathrooms with Charcoal Limestone tiles in Matt finish and Villeroy & Boch Sanitaryware.
