About The Project
Completed in 2008 this high specification mixed use development was constructed by Neptune Developments.
A short distance from Haggerston station, the building is situated adjacent to the Kingsland Basin in the De Beauvoir Town area. Also known as “Kingsland Road Basin” the area dates from 1822 and is part of the Regents Canal.
The development comprises thirteen residential units and 10,000 sq ft of commercial space, split across nine units.
Top of the range veneered Häcker cabinetry was specified for kitchens and complemented by Cream Silestone Quartz worksurfaces.
